As part of the Ottawa River South Shore Riverfront Park Plan, the Westboro Beach redevelopment combined modern amenities with heritage conservation. D&G Landscaping contributed by constructing several multi-use pathways (MUPs), large paver areas, curbs, cast-in-place stairs, stamped concrete feature, and paved parking and drop-off zones. Additional features included a play area with water elements, two full sized volleyball courts, site furniture, and signage. Vibrant landscaping included native plant beds and vast hydroseeded lawn areas that transformed the site into a multifunctional community hub while preserving the heritage Strutt Pavilion and Skead Mill ruins.
